Healthcare professionals carry significant responsibility while receiving limited support for the psychological demands of their work. Burnout, emotional exhaustion, and chronic stress are not only individual experiences, they reflect the complexity of modern healthcare environments. Most approaches to burnout focus on symptom relief. This work goes deeper.
Rather than managing what's on the surface, I focus on the underlying patterns that sustain chronic strain, internal pressure, perfectionism, over-responsibility, and the ways work continues to carry into life outside the clinic. The goal is not simply to feel better in the short term. It is to create a more sustainable way of working and living - one that allows you to remain engaged in your role without losing your energy, clarity, or sense of yourself in the process.
In addition to my institutional and organizational work, I offer two ways to work together, a structured program and private one-on-one support, both designed for the realities of a clinical career.

12 Week Clinician Reintegration Program
A structured coaching program for physicians and healthcare professionals navigating burnout
This 12-week program is designed for healthcare professionals who feel drained, disconnected, and stretched too thin, but cannot step away from their responsibilities.
Designed with physicians in mind, it is also open to nurses, residents, and other healthcare professionals navigating similar challenges.
Through weekly modules, group calls, and practical tools, the program helps you reduce mental overload, restore energy, and rebuild presence both at work and at home. You’ll learn how to leave work at work, improve communication with your partner, engage more meaningfully with your children, and establish sustainable routines for sleep, nutrition, and exercise.
Each week also includes a guided inner practice to help you step out of constant mental noise, reconnect with yourself, and regain clarity and direction.
The result is a more steady, focused, and present version of you - able to continue practicing medicine while feeling grounded, connected, and in control of your life again.
